摘  要:磁性槽楔的性能是决定磁楔能否应用的关键因素。文中以自制的DCL层压磁楔为研究对象,系统研究了DCL磁楔的力学、磁、电性能及其对电机性能的影响,发现结构差异和基体树脂的改性,DCL磁楔的力学性能大大超过目前广泛应用的MCR模压磁楔和349层压磁楔;DCL磁楔的相对磁导率在1kA/m的磁场下可达8.4,50kA/m的磁场下仍能达到5.1;DCL磁楔的绝缘电阻达到9.4×107?。DCL磁楔取代电机定子中的绝缘槽楔后,虽然电机的起动转矩和最大转矩减小,但电机的起动电流和空载电流下降,电机温升降低,定转子的表面损耗和脉振损耗减少,电机效率得到提高。Proerties of the magnetic wedges are key factors in deciding whether the wedges could be used or not. This paper presents the results of mechanic, magnetics and electric properties of DCL magnetic wedges made by laminate molding, and their effect on the performances of motors. Because of the difference of structure and the application of modified matrix resin, the mechanical properties of DCL wedges are greatly higher than MCR molded magnetic wedges and 349 laminated magnetic wedges, which are used widely at present. The relative permeability of DCL wedges can reach 8.4 under the exterior field of 1kA/m, and it still reach 5.1 under the exterior field of 50kA/m. The dielectric resistance of DCL wedges can reach 9.4×10^7Ω. After the insulated wedges are substituted by the DCL wedges, it leads to the reduction of the starting torque and the maximum torque of the motor. However, it also leads to the decrease of starting current and no-load current, the decline of motor temperature rise, the fall of surface loss and pulsating loss of the motor. Consequently, the efficiency of the motor is improved.
