摘  要:基于电磁推力机构的快速开关,在电力系统故障限流、电能质量、相控开关等领域应用前景广阔。给出了一种基于时间和位移双层循环的离散迭代算法,该算法可用于电磁推力机构的仿真分析和综合优化设计。通过仿真详细研究了不同的结构参数对电磁推力机构动态特性的影响,并给出了一般性的优化设计指导原则。提出采用一种机械弹簧式双稳保持结构,并利用优化分析的参数在算例中计算触头的关合过程,其合闸时间可达到0.23ms。The electromagnetic repulsion mechanism based fast switch will find extensive applications in some significant areas of power systems such as fault current limiters, power quality issues, controlled switching technology and so on. A dual-layer iterative algorithm is presented based on time and space domain discretization, which can be utilized in the simulation analysis and comprehensive optimization design of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism. Detailed investigations are done through computations regarding the impacts of various structure parameters on the dynamic characteristics of the electromagnetic repulsion mechanism, and some general criteria governing optimal design are thereby summarized. A springs-based dual-steady holding structure is proposed in the mechanical design, and the dynamic closing process of the moving contact is calculated in a simulation case with the parameters obtained through optimized analysis, which demonstrates that the closing time of the switch is within 0.23ms.
