摘　　要：有效应用科学适用的评标方法是确保军事计量设备招标采购成功的关键.运用了模糊集合理论和方法;研究了对军事计量设备采购投标方进行评价的模糊评判技术;通过实例演算,验证了利用模糊评判技术对军事计量设备采购投标方评价的可行性、合理性.It is vital to effectively apply science and applicable method of judgment about tendering in order to insure the success for military metrology equipment bidding. Based on the fuzzy set theory and method, the paper studies the “fuzzy model judgment” for military metrology equipment＇s bidder, and validates its feasibility and rationality by means of performing mathmatical calculations for the instance.
