摘 要:采用高压液相色谱法测定了延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量.色谱柱为φ4.6×250 mm Hypersil BDS C18柱,UV检测器,检测波长为230 nm,流动相为甲醇∶水=65∶35(pH=8.2),1.0 mL/min,方法的精密度为RSD=2%,方法的回收率为98%~100%.方法的线性范围为0.29~3.48 μg之间.该方法简便、可靠、适合于延胡索的质量控制.To determine the content of tetrahydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo W. T. Wang. HPLC method was selected to determine the content. The separation was performed on an analytical columm φ4. 6×250mm Hypersil BDS C18. The UV detector was set at 230nm. The mobile phase was methanol-water (pH = 8.2) = 65 : 35, 1.0mL/min. The method is orecise with RSD = 2%. The average recovery was 98. 05% ~ 100%. The liner range was 0.29 ~ 0.48μg. The method was proved to be simple and reliable,and can be used for the quality control of yanhusuo.
