摘　　要：目的探讨电视胸腔镜下同期行双侧肺大疱切除的临床价值。方法对12例双侧肺大疱应用胸腔镜技术同期手术效果进行分析。结果该组12例患者无中转开胸,手术操作平均120min,平均住院10d。术后复查,2例患侧有5%气胸带,出院半个月后复查完全复张。其余病人肺膨胀良好,胸闷、气短症状消失或明显改善。结论应用电视胸腔镜技术同期切除双侧肺大疱,免受常规二次开胸手术的痛苦,住院费用较常规手术明显减少。[Objective] To study the clinical application of bilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic bleb resection. [Methods] 12 cases of bilateral bullae of lung performed through bilateral video-assisted thoracoscopic introthoracic operation were analyzed. [Results] All of the patient recovered well postoperatively, no intermediate thoraco- tomy. The mean operation time was 120 min. The average hospital time was 10 days. The postoperative chest film and CT examination revealed 2 cases occurred pncumothorax with 5% lung compression, which expanded completely half a month after discharging. [Conclusions] It abatement the patients＇ pain and decrease the hospitalization money.
