纤维膀胱镜尿道会师术在尿道损伤中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维膀胱镜尿道会师术在尿道损伤治疗中的应用价值.方法对尿道球部损伤患者11例和后尿道损伤患者7例,采用纤维膀胱镜下置入导尿管行尿道会师术.结果尿道球部损伤患者11例手术均成功;后尿道损伤患者4例手术成功,3例失败.随访0.5～4.0 a,15例均治愈.结论采用纤维膀胱镜尿道会师术治疗尿道球部损伤创伤小,安全可靠,疗效好,应作为首选方法;治疗后尿道损伤应根据病情慎重选择.[Objective] To explore the value of operation of urethral realignment with fiber cystoscope in treating urethral injuries. [Methods] Eleven cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries and 7 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries, all had an operation of urethral realignment after the catheter was placed with fiber cystoscope. [Results] All the 11 cases of patients with anterior urethral injuries succeeded after operation. Among the 7 cases of patients with posterior urethral injuries, 4 cases succeeded after operation and 3 cases failed. During the coming 6 months or 4 years, 15 cases cured. [Conclusions] Operation of urethral realignment with fiber cystoscope is a small wounded and safe and effective treatment for anterior urethral injuries, so it should be considered the first choice. According to the condition of disease, you may cautiously choose it in treating posterior urethral injuries.
