摘 要:在分析表土层注浆加固治理井壁破裂原理的基础上,阐述了注浆加固过程控制的必要性,提出了根据实测井壁附加应变的变化规律来控制注浆加固过程的方法.依据具体的工程条件,研究了注浆加固过程控制的监测系统、控制内容和实施方法.研究和实施的结果表明,注浆加固过程的有效控制,可使井壁的既有应变得到明显的缓释,可改善井壁的受力状态,保证注浆期间井壁的安全,确保矿井的安全生产.Based on analyzing the principle of this technique in curing the rupture shaft lining, soil grouting reinforcement process. Put forward the principle of controlling forcement process according to evolvement of shaft lining' and measures of soil grouting reinforcement process were described the necsoil grouting reins additional strain. The monitoring system, the contents studied according to condition of project. The results show that soil grouting process control is very successful and effectively improved the stress condition and released remnant strain of shaft lining. The additional strain of different levels and the grouting process may be effectively monitored and controlled.
