人工髋关节置换失败的医源性原因分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析总结人工髋关节置换术的失败原因并提出相应处理对策以提高人工髋关节的使用寿命。[方法]将46例髋关节置换后未达平均使用寿命的病例按不同原因进行分类,阐明其失败原因。[结果]本组24例失败病例(52%)由多种医源性原因造成。[结论]各种医源性因素导致了越来越多的人工髋关节不能达到正常使用寿命,加强人工关节理论的学习、提高外科技术和正确选择适应证,合理地为患者选用并置入适宜的人工关节,值得引起临床骨科医生的重视。[ Objective ] To analyze the failure causes of hip arthroplasty and to table the related proposals to extend the life expectancy of artificial hip joint. [ Method ] A total of 46 artificial hips which did not reach the average life expectancy were classified by different causes and the reasons were illuminated. [ Result] Twenty-four （52%） failed cases resulted from iatrogenic causes. [ Conclusion] Different iatrogenic causes resulted in more and more artificial hips failure and it is worth for orthopedic surgeons to emphasize on strengthening artificial joint theory study and enhance surgical techniques and select reasonable implants.
