摘  要:[目的]研究隔膜引导下VEGF复合煅烧骨(TBC)修复骨缺损的作用,探讨其临床应用前景。[方法]新西兰大白兔80只,建立桡骨干中段10mm骨缺损模型。A组植入e-PTFE膜包绕的VEGF复合TBC,B组植入VEGF复合的TBC,C组植入e-PTFE膜包绕的TBC,D组单纯植入TBC。术后第2、4、6、8和12周行X线、组织学观察,测定骨密度并分析其成骨量。[结果]D组的骨缺损修复效果最差,B、C组中等,A组最佳。A组在各时段上其骨密度测量的结果优于B、C、D组,差异性显著(P<0·01)。[结论]e-PTFE膜包绕的VEGF复合TBC能够更好地修复骨缺损,是一种较为理想的骨组织工程材料,具有良好的临床应用前景。[ Objective] To study the repair effect of VEGF combined with TBC by membrane technique and discuss the potential application of this material at clinic. [ Method ] The whole quantity of experimental animals was eighty New Zealand rabbits, 10 mm bone defect of both rabbits radius was established. Group A: implanted e-PTFE combined with VEGF and TBC; group B: implanted TBC combined with VEGF; group C: implanted e-PTFE combined with TBC; group D: implanted only TBC. At the 2, 4, 6, 8 and 12 week postoperatively, experimental animals underwent X-ray and histology investigation randomly, bone density of the implant were measured. [ Result ] The effect of every group repairing bone defect was evaluated, group D was poor, group B and C was good, group A was excellent. The differences of bone density between group A and group B, C, D were significant in statistics (P 〈 0. 01 ) . [ Conclusion] VEGF-TBC combined with e-PTFE membrane can repair bone defect excellently. It has a good potential application prospect at clinic as a kind of bone tissue-engineering vehicle.
