摘  要:采用MgO坩埚高频真空感应炉在氮气压力0.45~1.0 MPa、温度1 640~1 700 ℃下,对加压感应熔炼高氮Fe-Cr-Mn-Ni系奥氏体不锈钢进行了实验研究.结果表明,1 913 K、1.0 MPa氮气氛中Cr12、Cr17Mn5Ni5、Cr19Mn15和Cr20Mn8不锈钢中氮的溶解度分别为0.391%、0.692%、1.120%和0.899%,氮在液态不锈钢中的溶解与Sievert定律有所偏离;氧浓度在350×10-6内,1 913 K、1.0 MPa氮气氛中Cr20Mn8钢液的吸氮反应仍为一级反应,其传质系数为0.023 cm*s-1;随钢中氧浓度的增加,液态钢的吸氮速率和钢液中的平衡氮含量显著降低.The pressurized induction melting of high nitrogen Fe-Cr-Mn-Ni austenite stainless steel has been tested using MgO crucible high induction furnace with nitrogen pressure 0.45 ~ 1.0 MPa between temperature 1 640 ℃ (1 913 K) and 1 700 ℃ (1 973 K). The results showed that with 1.0 MPa nitrogen alrnosphere at 1 913 K the solubility of nitrogen in molten stainless steel Crl2, Cr17Mn5Ni5, Cr19Mn15 and Cr20Mn8 was respectively 0.391%, 0.692%, 1.120% and 0.899%, and it was fotmd that to a certain extent the nitrogen dissolution in molten stainless steel deviated from Sievert's law; while the oxygen content lower than 350 × 10^-6, with 1.0 MPa nitrogen amlosphere at 1 913 K, the reaction of absorbed nitrogen in molten steel Cr20Mn8 still was first order reaction, its mass transfer coefficient was 0.023 cm·s^-1 ; and with oxygen content increasing in molten steel the nitrogen dissolving rate and equilibrium nitrogen content in molten steel markedly decreased.
