摘  要:2.0~2.8 mm的50W470无取向硅钢(%:≤0.005C,1.45~1.65Si,0.2~0.4Al)经20辊森吉米尔可逆式轧机5道次轧制成0.5 mm的轧卷,各道次压下率15%~35%,总压下率为75%~80%.试验结果表明,经5道次轧制后钢中晶粒全部细纤维化,抗拉强度由坯料的480~560 MPa增加至885~905 MPa,伸长率δ5由25%~28%降至0.7%~0.8%.经X射线衍射谱线型分析表明,经5道次轧制后的无取向硅钢50W470中存在残余内应力(第2类内应力)是形成冲片椭圆度的重要原因.The 0.5mm non-orientation silicon steel 50W470(≤0.005C,1.45~1.65Si,0.2~0.4Al)coil was rolled by twenty.high Sendzimir mill from 2.0~2.8mm plate with pass reduction 15%~35% and total reduction 75%~80%.The test results showed that with 5 pass rolling the grains in steel were all fibration,the tensile strength incrensed to 885~905 MPa from 480~560MPa rolling billet,elongation δ5 decreased to 0.7%~0.8% from 25%~28%.And the X-ray diffraction spectrum analysis showed that with 5 pass rolling the residual stress (secondary stress) existed in non-orientation silicon steel 50W470 which was main cause to form elliptical type stamping.
