摘　　要：对发现的Se18西瓜雄性不育材料的植物学特征和遗传特性进行了研究,结果表明:Se18是1个新的核基因控制西瓜雄性不育材料,不育性由1对隐性基因控制,其遗传由质量性状控制,为主效基因,完全符合孟德尔遗传定律。The botanical characteristics and genetic character of Se18 watermelon male sterile material were studied. The resuits showed that Se18 was a new watermelon male sterile material and male sterility was controlled by a pair of ressesive gene which was major gene. The inberitance of the male sterility was true of Mendel＇s law.
