摘　　要：结合企业档案管理工作实际,论述了ISO9000系列标准对档案管理的作用及要求;分析了ISO9000系列标准中与档案管理的差异,同时根据企业的具体情况分析了企业在贯标过程中应采取的对策。Combine the management of enterprise record and actual work, discussed the function and requests that ISO9000 series standard to the file manage; Analyzed the difference of the ISO9000 series stardard and file management, meanwhile according to the concrete circumstance of the enterprise, analyzed the enterprise adopt the counterplan during the implement standard process.
