摘　　要：科研档案收集难是长期困扰档案部门的难题,本文提出解决科研档案收集难的有效措施,以加强科研档案的归档控制。Collectings science ＆ reseach archives in a difficult problem which perplexes us for a longtime,the paper puts forward an effective method in order to enhance the filing control of science ＆ reseach archives.
