摘 要:采用不同培养基测定红木与木花粉发芽率,以便了解不同因素对红木与木花粉萌发的影响。结果表明:单一因素蔗糖、Ca2+、B3+对花粉萌发的影响不大,但不同因素组合,可不同程度地提高红木与木花粉的发芽率,其中以培养基蔗糖(10%)+硼(150mg/L)+钙(0.3%)为最佳,花粉发芽率分别可达到40.7%5、8.47%。同时,对红木与木花粉的贮藏时间进行了观察。Different culture mediums were used to determine the effects on pollen germination percentage of L. chinensis vat rubrum and L. chinensis. The results showed a minimal effects on the pollen germination percentage by single factor including cane sugar, Ca^2+ or B^3+ . Using the different combination of there factors can increase the pollen germination percentge of L. chinensis var rubrum and L. chinensis. The most effective tissue medium was cane sugar( 10 % ) + P^3+ + Ca^2^ , the pollen germination percentage of L. chinensis vat rubrum was 40.7 % and for L. chinensis 58.47 %. Also observed the storage time of the pollen L. chinensis var rubrum and L. chinensis.
