Effect of N^6-(Δ~6-isopentenyl) adenine and N^6-isopentyladenine on Cytokinin Oxidase in Phaseolus Callus Tissues

摘  要:异戊烯基腺嘌呤(i^6Ade)和异戊烷基腺嘌呤(Hi^6Ade)均可诱导棉豆和芸扁豆愈伤组织中细胞分裂素氧化酶(CKO)的活性,但有差异。对芸扁豆愈伤组织带饱和侧链的Hi^6Ade对CKO的诱导效应比带非饱和侧链的i^6Ade强2—3倍,而对棉豆愈伤组织这两个化合物的诱导效应却很相似。表明这两个化合物在促进愈伤组织生长中所显示的结构—活性差异性与其诱导CKO活性差异有着一定的联系。To understand the differential structure-activity of N^6-(Δ~2-isopentenyl) ade- nine and N^6-isopentyladenine in promoting Phaseolus callus tissues growth, the comperision of induction effects of these two compounds on cytokinin oxidase ac- tivity in callus tissuses of P. Vugaris L. cv Great Northern and P. Lunatu L. cv Kingston was conducted. It was found that both of N^6-(△~2-isopentenyl) adenine and N^6-isopentylad- enine were effective in inducting elevateted level of cytokinin oxidase activity in the callus tissues, in Great Northern callus tissues N^6-(△~2-isopentenyl) adenine exhibited 2 or 3 time increase in cytokinin oxidase activity than N^6-isopentyladenine did, but in kingston callus tissues they did closed effects on increase of the enzyme activity. These results show that there is a relationship between the structure-activ- ity of these two componds in promoting callus tissue growth and their induction effects on increase in the enzyme activity of the tissues. The structure requiem- ents for the induction of the enzyme activity appear to differ from those deter- mining the ability of the compounds to function as substrates for the enzyme.
