摘　　要：介绍并分析了热电厂汽轮机调速系统所发生故障。通过多次检修,找出原因并提出消除故障的措施,实现了机组的安全、经济运行。The failures in the speed governing system of a turbine of the Heat Power Plant are presented and analyzed. After several times＇ maintenance, the causes are found out and the measures to eliminate failures are put forward. Therefore, the safety and economic operation of the unit is realized.
