摘　　要：在总结经验的基础上,分析了山东省高校高水平运动队的现状.通过研究世界竞技体育发展趋势及山东省高校高水平运动队的实际情况,我们应发挥高校优势,搭建“体教结合”这个平台,加大普通高校发展竞技体育的改革力度,试图为“奥运争光计划”做出更大的贡献.On the basis of summarizing experiences ,the present status of University athletic teams of Shandong province is analyzed . By researching the development tendency of world competitive sports and the substantial conditions of university athletic teams of ours province, we should make good use of the advantages universities ,establish the platform of combining athletics and education, strengthen the reform of ordinary university competitive sports and try to contribute a lot to ＂glorious Olympic plan.
