摘　　要：通过分析我国垃圾处置市场中,垃圾基础设施在投资与管理运营中存在的问题,结合实际情况和相关的理论,提出了垃圾处理基础设施最合适的建设运行方式是:公共投资、企业管理,BOT模式可作为一种有益的补充,并最终将实行投资多元化,企业管理模式。Combined with related theories and existing status of waste treatment in China, problems of waste treatment infrastructure investment and operation were analyzed, and the following reasonable operation model was put forward： public investment, enterprise management is the best measure and BOT model is a complementarity measure now in China, and in the end the model of diversification investment, enterprise management was attained.
