摘　　要：年产1-2万吨草浆厂的碱回收,建议采用4台双螺旋挤浆机串联提取黑液,使黑液提取率达到95%以上;黑液固形物采用简易喷射炉燃烧,在燃烧炉后安装方形喷淋蒸发器和旋风分离器,把稀黑液浓缩至32-35%浓度,再送往喷射炉燃烧,苛化采用常规间歇苛化、沉清;过滤洗涤,碱回收率可达70%。It was put forward that the solution of alkali recovery for straw pulp mills of small scale in this paper. The technology flow chart was showed as follows： （1） Four screw extrusion machine in series to abstract black liquor, the abstracting rate reach at more than 95%; （2） Simple jeting furnace was used to burn solid from black liquor; （3） Squareness spraying evaporator and cyclone seperator for condensing black liquor to the solid content from 32% to 35%; （4）Normal interruption equipment for bastification depositing, filtration and washing, the alkali recovery rate reaching at 70%.
