豆楮方对人肝癌细胞株抑制作用的体外实验研究

摘　　要：目的:研究豆楮方对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、SMMC7721的生长增殖抑制作用。方法:按文献方法制备豆楮方含药血清,用MTT法观察细胞增殖情况。结果:豆楮方含药血清在体外对人肝癌细胞株HepG2、SMMC7721均有抑制作用,对HepG2的最高抑制率为91.48%,对SMMC7721的最高抑制率为89.42%,抑制肝癌细胞的效果优于含5Fu血清。Objective： To observe the inhibiting action of Douchu formula on the proliferation of HCC cell line HepG2, SMMC-7721 in vitro. Methods： Obtain pharmaceutic serum of the rabbit after feeding it with Dou-Chu formula for 5 days. HCC cell line HepG2, SMMC -7721 was treated with the pharmaceutic serum at different concentrations respectively. The inhibiting rate of cells observed by MTT. Results： The proliferation of HepG2, SMMC-7721 cells was obviously inhibited after being treated with Dou-Chu formula.The beast effect on HepG2 was 91.48% and that of SMMC-7721 was 89. 42% .Conclusion： Douchu formula has anticancer function.
