摘　　要：农业科技体制改革必须遵循科学规律和经济规律。它既有一般科学的属性，又有自身的特殊性。当前在业科研体制改革主要矛盾是解决科研与经济发展脱节，重点是理顺关系，适度调整，提高整体功能效率的问题。农业科研体制改革要全面、准确地贯彻中央的一系列方针，而不可采取急功近利的做法。Abstract At present,the major contradiction on agricultuyal scientific research system reform is to resolve the divorce between scientific research and economic development.The focal point of the reform is to regulate relations to improve whole function.A series of policies of the central government should be implemented exactly in the process of the reform.
