摘  要:目的制备调血降脂丸并对其进行质量控制。方法以制何首乌、决明子、丹参、生大黄、山楂、泽泻为主要成份制成水丸,应用薄层色谱(TLC)法对主要成份何首乌、丹参进行定性鉴别,并对山楂中的熊果酸含量进行测定。结果成品符合质量标准,TLC色谱中能够检出何首乌及丹参,熊果酸的平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.82%。结论该制剂组方合理,制备工艺简单可行,内在质量能够进行控制。Objective To prepare regulate blood Methods Radix polygoni muhiflori preparata, and reduce blood fat pills and control its quality. semen cassiae, radix salviae miltiorrhizae,radix et rhizoma rhei,fructus crataegi,rhizoma alismatis were used to prepare regulate blood and reduce blood fat water pills and principal constituent radix polygoni multiflori,radix salviae miltiorrhizae were identified by TLC, The conten of fructus crataegi bear-fruit-acid was determined by TLC. Results The produce's quality accord with it's quality standard. Radix polygoni muhiflori and radix salviae mictiorrhizae could be detected by TLC. The average recovery was 97.7%,RSD= 1.82%. Conclusion The presaription of regulate blood and reduce blood fat pills is rational. The preparation procedure is easy and practicable. Its quality can be controlled.
