摘 要:通过室内实验,分析了地下不同类型油层物理性质、黏土矿物质量分数变化,注水开发过程中黏土矿物的速敏、水敏性质,以及注入水杂质对地层的堵塞类型及伤害程度.只有搞清堵塞类型,才能针对性地采取相适应的酸化工艺技术;对于黏土矿物和泥浆堵塞,要采用新型土酸酸化;对于有机质堵塞,要采用复合酸酸化;对于机械杂质堵塞,要采用粉末硝酸酸化;根据单井的实际情况,可确定出最佳的酸化规模及酸液注入量.Through lab experiment, different oil formation physical properties, clay mineral quality fraction changes, velocity sensitivity of the clay mineral during development of injection water, the velocity-sensitive property, the plugging type and damage degree of injection water impurities in layers are analyzed. It is indicated that the adaptive acidizing technology is adopted so long as the plugging type is known. To the clay mineral and the mud plugging, the new mud acid is used. To the organic matter plugging, the composite acid is used. To the mechanical admixture, the powder hydrogen nitrate is used. According to the fact of the single well, the optimum amount of acidizing scale and acidizing fluid are determined.
