摘  要:以FCC汽油为原料,常温、常压下,采用静态吸附法分析了不同的吸附基质以及改性吸附剂的脱硫性能.实验结果表明:不同吸附基质的吸附剂脱除汽油中硫化物的效果不同,分子筛类吸附剂脱硫效果好;其中4种脱除硫醇的能力由大到小依次为USY,13X,HZSM-5,5A;用吡啶-TPD法测定了这4种吸附剂的表面酸性,结果显示对吸附剂脱硫起主要作用的是吸附剂的弱酸中心;用不同金属离子对HZSM-5,USY,活性白土和γ-Al2O3吸附剂改性后,Fe改性的效果最好,其次是K和过渡金属,而碱土金属的改性效果相对较差.At normal temperature and pressure ,the properties of different adsorbents and the ability of the absorbents' modification for desulfurization were studied by means of the static absorption method, using FCC gasoline as raw material. The results of experiment showed that the effects of removing the sulfides in the gasoline were different for different adsorbents, and the effect of adsorbents of zeolite type was better for desulfurization. The desulfurization capability of HZSM-5, USY, 13X and 5A for mercaptan was USY, 13X, HZSM-5, 5A; the surface acidity of the four adsorbents was measured in Pyridine-TPD. The Pyridine-TPD results showed that the weak acid sites of adsorbents contributed mostly to desulfurization. The effects that HZSM-5, USY, active clay and γ-Al_2O_3 were modified by different metal ions were also studied by the experiment. The most effective modification metal was Fe; K and some transitional metal were better; but alkali metal gave the worst results.
