摘 要:传统金刚石圆锯片的有效切割宽度只有其直径的30~35%.为在普通规格的金刚石圆盘锯上低成本、高效率的加工大幅面石材制品,本文基于创新设计原理和圆锯片、锯机结构与功能的分析,将圆锯片分解为切割功能模块、支撑功能模块和驱动功能模块,提出新型组合式金刚石圆锯片基体的设计方案,使圆锯片的切割幅面达到其直径的2/3.应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,在结构分析、模态分析的基础上对组合式金刚石圆锯片基体径厚比、切割功能模块尺寸进行优化设计.结果表明:结构优化后的φ1800mm组合式金刚石圆锯片基体质量减轻3.048kg,一阶固有频率提高3.235Hz,圆锯片直径和厚度均有所降低,动态性能更加稳定,结构更加合理.Conventional diamond saw blade has an obvious shortcoming—its effective cutting width is only 30-35 % of the saw blade diameter. In order to meet the demand of large breadth stone cutting at low cost and high efficiency, the concept of a combined diamond saw blade is put forward in this paper. The new saw blade is composed by 3 function modules, namely cutting function module, supporting function module and driving function module. The diameter/thickness ratio of the saw core as well as the size of the cutting function module were optimized by means of ANSYS. The results indicated that, for a Ф1800mm combined diamond saw blade, the core mass was reduced by 3.04kg, the first inherent frequency was increased by 3. 235 Hz. Both the diam- eter and thickness were decreased. The cutting width of the new saw can reach 2/3 of its diameter.
