摘  要:本文是通过实验的方法研究花岗石磨抛工艺,分析磨轮磨损的原因和影响光泽度的因素,探讨磨轮在花岗石磨削过程中的半径补偿,以指导实际生产,提高生产效率和加工精度。通过实验可以得到以下结论:磨轮的磨损主要取决于石材的硬度和石材去除量,石材硬度愈高,磨轮寿命愈短;去除量愈大,磨轮磨损愈大。树脂型磨轮磨抛花岗石,磨轮半径每米要补偿0.01-0.02mm。光泽度与磨粒的粒度和主轴转速有关,磨粒的粒度越小,转速愈高,光泽度愈高。An experimental investigation was conducted in this article to study the technology of granite grinding, to analyze the cause of wheel wear and the factors influencing the glossiness, and to explore the radius compensation of grinding wheel in the process of grinding granite. The investigation result is to be used to guide practical production and to improve the production efficiency and precision. It can be concluded by means of experiments as follows:The wear of grinding wheel was mainly caused by the hardness and removal quantity of stone. The harder the stone, the shorter the life of griding wheel. The greater the removal quantity of stone, the worse the wear of grinding wheel. The radius compensation of grinding wheel is 0.01 -0.02mm when grinding granites. The surface smoothness of stone is related to the grit size of abrasives and the spindle speed. The finer the grit size and the higher the speed, the better the smoothness.
