摘 要:二色胡枝子种子硬实性与种子形态差异有明显相关。黑色种子粒级大,千粒重高,种子硬实率达60.0%,褐色种子粒级小,千粒重低,种子硬实率为25.39%。采用多种方法解除硬实效果表明,90℃热水浸泡种子30min左右能起到解除硬实,提高发芽率的效果,硬实解除后黑色种子发芽率(95.0%)高于褐色种子发芽率(85.0%),初步认为,种子颜色差异是种子成熟度不同造成的,或者是色素在种皮中的堆积度不同造成的。There are differences in the morphological characters and inhardseedednests of Lespedeza bicolor Turcz seeds.Seeds of black testa i1re big. Hard seedpercentage is 60.0%;Seeds of brown testa are small.Hard seed percentage is 25.3%.Several methods of breaking hard seeds were tested and the results showed that soakingseeds at 90℃ hot water for 30 minuts can break hard seed and increase germinationpercentage.After breaking hard seeds,the germination percent age(95.0%)of seedswith black testa was higher than that of seeds with blown testa(85.0%).The trialshowed that the differences in seed maturity brought abu the characters of testa,
