鸡包涵体肝炎琼扩抗原的研制

摘　　要：用鸡腺病毒血清型２型、３型和地方株Ａ株、Ｂ株制备的琼扩抗原检测鸡包涵体肝炎，结果表明抗原具有群特异性，但不具有型特异性。Inclusion body hepatitis of chickens was detected by using flgar gelprecipitin antigen which was produced with serotypes 2,3 and local isolates A,B ofavian adenovirus respectively. The results showed that the antigens were group-specific,not type-specific which defines the serotype.
