摘　　要：随着我国金融业改革的不断深化,金融业的混业经营将成为未来发展的主要方向之一。金融控股公司作为混业经营的主体形式,由于占有金融资源过大,系统风险的危害是巨大的。本文回顾我国金融控股公司的发展历程,有必要针对发展中遇到的一些问题进行研究。Accompany with the reform in financial industry going deeply, Integration of financial services will be popular in the future. As the main form of Integration of financial services, Financial Conglomerates manage flrge resources, therefore, its system risk is enormous. This thesis reveews the development of Financial Conglomerates in China, and It is necessory to do the study aiming at improvement in the future.
