摘　　要：针对传统生态环境监测与治理方法的不足,论述了GPS技术的特点与优势;结合太湖流域的实际情况,介绍了应用GPS技术进行生态环境建设的设想与实施方法。The paper discusses the characteristic and advantage of GPS technology based on the deficiency of the traditional way about environment dynamic monitoring, and combined the actual condition in Taihu Drainage Area, introduces the way and flow on which GPS applies in environment zoology construction in Taihu drainage area
