摘　　要：目的用马立克氏病毒(Marak's Disease Virus-MDV)阳性鸡血清提纯IgG和MDV制备抗原,免疫BALB/c鼠,建立间接ELISA法检测MDV抗独特型抗体的方法.方法采集琼扩检出MDV羽囊阳性鸡血清,提纯制备IgG抗原和用MDV制备的抗原,免疫接种6～8周龄BALB/c小鼠,不同时期采集血样,用间接酶联免疫吸附试验和竞争抑制试验方法进行动态血清学观测.结果各个时段都出现MDV抗独特型抗体效价,效价可达10 000×以上.结论建立了MDV抗独特型抗体的间接ELISA方法.Objective Establishment of the indirect ELISA and competition - inhibition ELISA methods were designated by anti - idiotype antibodies against MDV immune serum of the BALB/c rat of 6 - 8 weeks by purified IgG from the chickeng positive serum of MDV. Methods The serological dynamic tends of anti - idiotypic antibodies （ Ab2 ） against MDV in different periods of the immune rat were observed by indirect ELISA detection. Results The titers of specific antibody in the ascites were 500 000×. Conclusions The indirect ELISA and competition -inhibition ELISA methods are established.
