摘  要:目的建立脑脊液中头孢三嗪含量的测定方法.方法以C18色谱柱、0.05 mol·L-1Na2HPO4(pH=7.20):甲醇=85:15为流动相,在35℃、240 nm波长下分离、检测头孢三嗪,外标法定量.结果线性范围为0.625~20.0 mg·L-1,r=0.9989.10.0、5.0、1.0 mg·L-1头孢三嗪的平均回收率为98.5%.3浓度的平均日内精密度(RSD)为3.60%,平均日间RSD为4.06%.结论本方法快速、简便、准确,可用于科研和临床工作中头孢三嗪脑脊液浓度的快速检测.Objective A reverse phase high perfermance liquid chromatography(RP-HPLC) method is established for the determination of ceftriaxone in human cerebrospinal fluid. Methods Ceftrlaxone wes separated on a C18 column at 35℃ using a mobile phase of methanol-0.05 mol·L^-1Na2HPO4(pH= 7.20)(15:85), and was detected at 240nm. Results The calibration cure was linear in the range from 0. 625 to 20.0mg·L^-1 with r= 0. 9989. The RSD within a day were 2.29%- 5.24% (the average value was 3. 6096 ) ,and the RSD between days were 2. 2096 -6.41%. The average recovery of ceftriaxone was 98.5 96. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, and could be used for the determination of ceftriaxone in human cerebrospinal fluid in clinic and scientific researches.
