高效液相色谱法同时测定L-苏糖酸钙和柠檬酸的含量

摘　　要：目的建立巨能钙片剂中L-苏糖酸钙和柠檬酸含量同时测定的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)方法.方法以C18色谱柱、0.025 mol·L-1pH=2.50 NaH2PO4为流动相分离、210nm紫外检测、外标法定量.结果L-苏糖酸钙和柠檬酸的线性范围分别为0.270～13.0、0.431～20.7 mmol·L-1;方法回收率大于99.0%;日内及日间RSD小于2.0%.结论本方法不经分离直接同时测定巨能钙片剂中L-苏糖酸钙和柠檬酸的含量,快速、简便、准确,可用于巨能钙片剂的质量控制.Objective To establish an RP-HPLC method for simultaneous determination of calcium L-threonate and citric acid in Junenggai tablet. Methods Reverse phase ODS column was used as the stationary phase and 0. 025mol·L^-1 NaH2PO4（pH= 2.50） was used as mobile phase with 210nm for detection wavelength. Results The calibration curve was linear over the range of 0. 270- 13.0 mmol·L^-1 for calcium L-threonate and 0. 431-20.7mmol·L^-1 for citric acid. The recovery was 99.1%- 100.4 %. The coefficients of variation in the daytime and between days were all less then 2.0 % （n = 5）.Conclusion The method could be easily employed with high precision and accuracy for simultaneous determination of calcium L-threonate and citric acid in Junenggai tablet without prior separation, and could be used for the quality control in the production process of the tablet.
