摘　　要：该文通过对82例有机磷农药皮肤灼伤的治疗及抢救有机磷中毒的病例分析,强调在治疗皮肤灼伤的同时,要积极预防和治疗有机磷中毒。同时对创面要及时清创,祛除毒物,正确换药,以保证达到创面顺利愈合、中毒治愈的最佳效果。The clinical experience that 82 skin burning cases due to organophosphates complicated with acute poisoning were rescued and treated was summarized. It is emphasized that while treatment of skin burning the acute poisoning should be treated promptly to avoid the aggravation of poisoning. The burning skin should be cleaned to avoid absorption of organophosphates through skin. Change of dressing should be correctly done to ensure the wound healing earlier and recovery of poisoning.
