摘  要:为适应继电保护装置保护、测量、控制与通信功能一体化的需要,结合DSP精度高、运算能力强、硬件资源丰富和单片机控制能力强等特点,开发了一款以TMS320LF2407A和W78E516B为核心的双CPU结构的电动机综合保护器。介绍了系统的主要功能并重点介绍了保护功能和测量算法,给出了系统的硬件结构、软件框图和运放升压的零点偏置电路,实现了模拟信号由双极性向单极性的转换。提供了Devi-ceNet通信接口。联网测试、动态模拟试验表明,该保护器能对35kV及以下电压等级的中压电动机提供有效的保护及基本的测量与控制,且具有良好的可靠性、重复性及较强的通信能力。To meet the developing requirement of relay protection device integrating all functions of protection, measurement, control and communication, combining DSP's advantages of high precision, powerful operation ability, enriched hardware resources with characteristic of strong control ability of single chip computer, the integrative motor protector based on dual-CPU of TMS320LF2407 and W78E516B was designed. The main functions of this system with focus on the protective function and measuring arithmetic were described in detail. The hardware structure,flow chart of software and zero biased circuit boosted by amplifier were offered. So the conversion from double polarity to single polarity of analog signals was realized. A DeviceNet communication interface was also offered. The results of tests in networking, dynamic and simulation experiment indicated that this protector with better reliability, better repetition and stronger communication ability can effectively offer protection, basic measurement and control for the medium voltage motor of 35 kV or under 35 kV.
