摘 要:应用电泳沉积技术从乙醇悬浮液中制备出(壁厚约0.4mm,内径为0.8~2.4mm)锆钛酸铅犤Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3,PZT犦压电陶瓷管。分析了电泳沉积速率和ζ-电位对PZT悬浮液的稳定性及电泳沉积质量的影响,并研究了烧结前后PZT管的微结构和电学性能。实验结果表明,在pH为5.5~6.5范围,悬浮液的ζ-电位高达50mV以上,此时悬浮液体系分散好而稳定,有最佳的沉积速率和相对沉积密度。在此条件下制备出的PZT管,壁厚均匀一致,经1150℃烧结1h后,相对密度为98.7%,管直且基本无变形,剩余极化强度是29.7μC/cm2,矫顽场强是19.2kV/cm。Uniformally thick lead zirconate titanate [Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3, PZT] tubes with~0.4mm in thickness, 0.8~2.4mm inside diameter were fabricated from ethanol suspension by electrophoretic deposition. The effects of pH value on the stability of PZT suspensions and the quality of PZT tubes were studied by measuring zeta potential, viscosity and deposition rate. The microstructure and electrical properties of PZT tubes were also studied. It was found that in the pH range of 5.5 to 6.5, the suspensions are stable with zeta potential being as high as 50mV, in which the optimum deposition rate and high green density can be obtained for the PZT tubes. After sintering at 1150℃ for 60min, the tubes are straight with a relative density of 98.7%, remanent polarization of 29.7μC/cm^2,a coercive field of 19.2kV/cm. An economic and practical process was developed to achieve smooth, linear, and dense ceramic tubes.
