祛瘀消斑胶囊消退和稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块的临床研究

摘　　要：为观察祛瘀消斑胶囊对动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的消退和稳定作用,将80例患者随机分为治疗组(常规西药加祛瘀消斑胶囊治疗)和对照组(常规西药治疗)各40例,治疗前后应用高频超声技术检测患者动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)和图像平均回声强度的校正值(AIIc%),并测定其血脂水平。结果:治疗后治疗组TC及LDL-C较治疗前显著降低,脂质型斑块AIIc%较治疗前显著增大,且AIIc%变化率与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。提示祛瘀消斑胶囊能显著降低血脂水平,延缓AS斑块的进展,增加斑块的稳定性。To investigate the effect of ＂Quyu Xiaoban Capsule＂ on regression and stabilization of athereselerosis （AS） with high frequency ultrasound technique. In 40 patients treated with ＂Quyu Xiaoban Capsules＂ and 40 control cases, blood samples were withdrawn for measuring concentrations of serum lipids, and intima-media thickness （IMT） and corrected average image intensity （ AⅡc% ） of carotid and femoral artery were measured with high-frequency ultrasound at the beginning and at 6^th month of the experiment. After treatment, TC and LDL-C in study group was significantly decreased, AⅡc% of fatty plaques were increased in both groups and the value was significantly higher than that of pre-treatment in study group （68.12±5.54vs 61.43±5.37, P〈0.05）. The increment rate of AⅡc% in study group was significantly higher than that in control group （10.9%±5.1% vs2.5%±5.5%, P〈0.05）. ＂Quyuxiaoban Capsule＂ can lower serum lipids levels, delay the advance of AS and stabilize atherosclerotie plaque.
