摘  要:将“诊断剂量”技术原理与简易生物测定方法相结合,可监测小菜蛾对昆虫生长调节剂定虫隆抗性个体频率的发展动态。主要采用浸叶法测定了上海地区小菜蛾对5种常用杀虫剂的抗性水平,以及对4类新型杀虫剂的交互抗性。采用以田间抗性监测与治理有机结合为特点的小菜蛾抗药性治理对策,交替施用作用机理不同的杀虫剂,可有效地控制抗性小菜蛾种群的危害,并延缓对新型杀虫剂的抗性发展。将药剂田间推荐浓度作为抗药性监测的区分浓度,可为抗药性治理的决策和效果评价提供重要依据。The monitoring and management of insecticide resistance in the diamond-back moth (DBM), Plutella xylostlla, were studied in Shanghai. The recommended field concentration of chlorfluazuron was used as discriminating concentration for the test of frequency of resistant genotypes of DBM in 1989 ~ 1994, and the monitoring results were compatible with the change of field efficacy. The resistance ratios of DBM at Huacao of Shanghai in 1993 were 574. 2, 29. 7, 7. 9,and 5. 7-folds to deltamethrin, chlorfluazuron, dimehypo and Bt, respectively, compared with a susceptible DBM strain. No cross-resistance was detected in DBM to five classes of insecticides commercially used with four new classes of insecticides, i.e. abamectin, fipronil, diafenthiuron and AC303630. The rotation of chlorfluazuron with dimehypo and Bt resulted in the delay of resistance development by DBM. The strategy of resistance management was characterized by the good integration of on-farm resistance monitoring and resistance management, and the rotation of insecticides without cross-resistance and with different mode of actions.
