摘 要:应用短期好气培养法进行山西土壤氮矿化势(N_0)与土壤供氮量的预测。结果表明,供试样本的N_0范围在20.58~47.38/μg·g^(-1),平均32.51μg·g^(-1);N_0占土壤全氮量的2.65%~4.91%,平均3.65%。耕层土壤可矿化氮量为46.35~106.65kg/hm^2,平均73.2kg/hm^2。N_0、全氮量和有机质三者之间都具有极显著的相关性。建议以测定土壤有机碳含量预测土壤的供氮量。Nitrogen mineralization potential and the forecast of supplied nitrogen in the soils of Shanxi Province were studied by means of aerobic culture. Results from 26 samples of soil show that the range of N0 is from 20. 58 to 47. 38 μg·?g-1 , with an average of 32. 51μg·?g-1 . This takes a rate of 2. 65%~4. 91 % to the total nitrogen content in the soils, with an average of 3. 65%. The content of mineralizable nitrogen within 0~20cm depth is from 46. 35 to 106. 65 kg/hm2, with an average of 73. 2kg/hm2. There exists a marked correlation among N0, total nitrogen content and organic matter content. So, by determining the organic carbon content in the soil, the supplied nitrogen in the soil can be forecasted.
