轻苯精制适应性扩容改造技术的研究与应用

摘　　要：精苯车间原设计年加工轻苯1万吨，已不能满足生产需求，需扩容改造。经充分计算论证，新增一纯苯塔D=1200mm，原纯苯塔改为初馏塔，原精制塔不变，原初馏塔改造为两苯塔。经过几个月的运行证明，该项目达到设计目的，生产稳定顺行。The light benzene workshop with the original designed annual light benzene production capacity of 10000t hasn＇t met production demands and is needed to be transformed with expansion capacity. After thorough calculation and discussion, a new project was implemented, in which a pure benzene tower with the diameter of 1200mm was constructed newly, the original pure benzene tower transformed into preliminary distillation tower and the original preliminary distillation tower transformed into two-benzene tower, and the refining tower was preserved. After several months of operation, the project has reached the design aims with stable and smooth production.
