板坯连铸机钢水连续测温系统的研究与应用

摘　　要：莱钢银山型钢炼钢厂采用东北大学自动化仪器仪表中心与沈阳泰合冶金测控技术有限公司生产的BCT—V连续测温系统进行中间包钢水的连续测温。系统由钢水连续测温管、测温探头、信号处理器、大屏幕显示器及冷却气源组成，根据在线黑体理论确定钢水的实际温度并加以显示。同时，根据现场实际情况，结合仪表的特性，多方面的总结出常见故障及处理方法。In the Steelmaking Plant Of Laigang Yinshan Section Steel Co. , Ltd. , the BCT - V continuous temperature measurement system, cooperatively manufactured by Northeast University＇s Automatic Instrument and Apparatus Center and Shengyang Taihe Metallurgical Measurement and Control Technology Co. , Ltd. , is applied to continuously measure the temperature of the liquid steel in ladle. The temperature measurement system is consisted of liquid steel temperature continuous measuring tube, temperature probe, signal processor, large screen display and cooled gas source, by which the actual temperature of liquid steel is determined and diplayed based on online blackbody theory. Meanwhile, according to site real situation, combined with the instruments＇ characteristics, common breakdowns and their solution methods have been summarized from many aspects.
