摘　　要：针对特殊钢厂小型车间生产规格跨度大，原工艺设计孔型共用性差，换辊频繁，影响生产效率的问题，对连轧中精轧机组的孔型系统及孔型配置重新设计优化，提高工艺柔性化。In the light of the problem in the light rounds workshop of the Special Steel Works of frequent roll change affecting production efficiency for there are wide range of grades and the original designed process pass has little common utility. The pass system and pass arrangement of the finishing mill group in the continuous rolling process has redesigned and optimized with process feasibility raised.
