摘　　要：针对柱塞计量泵在运行过程中经常出现的盘根渗漏超标问题,分析盘根密封渗漏原因,增加3个石墨浸渍树脂密封环,与填料环间隔安装。改造后密封效果好,密封使用寿命长,并且提高了泵的效率和运行时间。Aiming at the problem of packing leakage often occurring during the operation of piston metering pump, the leakage reason is analyzed, three graphite soaked colophony sealing rings are added and placed with packing rings at intervals. After transformation, the sealing effect is good, the service life of seals is long, pump efficiency and running time is increased.
