摘  要:目的观察周围神经刺激器(PNS)定位用于连续臂丛神经阻滞(CBPB)的可行性和效果。方法选择60例拟行择期上肢手术患者,用神经刺激器定位方法行腋路或肌间沟径路臂丛神经鞘内置入导管和经导管注入局麻药,记录感觉和运动阻滞情况及其并发症。结果上肢五大神经感觉阻滞发生率为91.7%~98.3%,上肢运动阻滞发生率为98.3%,麻醉满意率为83.3%。结论PNS定位于CBPB有助于提高阻滞成功率。Objective To observe the feasibility and efficacy of continuous brachial plexus block (CBPB) with peripheral nerve stimulator (PNS) location. Methods Sixty patients subject to scheduled elective upper-limb surgery were collected. The brachial plexus was located by using a peripheral nerve stimulator. All patients were inserted a catheter within the brachial plexus sheath by axillary or interscalene approach. Through the catheter, local anesthetics were injected. Sensory block and motor block, and block complications were all recorded. Results Sensory block rate in the 5 major nerves of the arm was between 91.7% and 98.3%. Motor block rate of the arm was 98.3%. The satisfaction rate of the anesthesia was 83.3%. Conclusion PNS location provided a higher success rate of CBPB.
