苄基丙二腈合成条件研究

摘　　要：苄基丙二腈是一种重要的有机合成中间体,可用氯化苄与丙二腈合成,实验研究了其合成条件中催化剂、溶剂、反应时间、温度对产率的影响。结果表明,在以乙醇为溶剂、氢氧化钾为催化剂、温度为25-35℃、反应时间为4h的条件下,合成效果较理想。Benzyl_malononitrile is an important organic synthetic medium material which is composed by malononitrile and sal benzyl, Some factors such as catalyzeer,solvent,temperature,reaction time and theirs influence on the generative ratio were included. The results show that the optimum condition is 25-35℃,4 hours, alcohol used as solvent and KOH used as catalyzer.
