环保型高强度纸管胶的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种以乙二醛代替毒害性较大的甲醛与聚乙烯醇进行缩醛反应,并利用聚合反应,且配以优质填料制得了环保型纸管用胶粘剂。试验表明,该胶粘剂具有成本低、粘接强度高、干燥速度快等特点,完全可以满足高速纸管包装的要求。An environmental protection type adhesive for paper tube was introduced. This adhesive was prepared by cross-linked copolymerization addition of high quality filler. The formaldehyde was substituted by glyoxal in the acetalation because of its toxicity. The trial showed that this kind of adhesive has specialities of low cost, fast dry, high strength, it can satisfy the needs of packing high speed paper-tube.
