摘　　要：稀土元素与金属硫蛋白作用的研究黄仲贤，郑起，高红英，顾伟强，刘芳（复旦大学化学系，上海，２００４３３）关键词稀土元素，金属硫蛋白，运铁蛋白金属硫蛋白（Ｍｅｔａｌｌｏｔｈｉｏｎｅｉｎ，ＭＴ）是广泛存在于动、植物体内的一类重要的重金属结合蛋白，它能结合Ｃ...It was well known that high doses of lanthanons do harm to animal cells in various ways.In this paper the reactions between the lanthanons and the metallothionein(MT)──a heavy metal detoxication protein was studied.The experimental data supported the result that MT can't bind to lanthanons either in vivo or in votro.In addition,the study proved that lanthanons can not introduce the synthesis of MT in rat liver,even when high doses(0.002%～0.0032%) lanthanum and europium salts were used.The possible reasons were discussed in this paper.
