摘 要:使用Nd∶YAG激光在平板试样上进行了精密环切喷油嘴喷孔的前期实验研究。激光器采用脉冲泵浦的形式,使用Cr4+∶YAG进行被动调Q,子脉冲宽度28ns,子脉冲能量1.5mJ,激光平均功率为1W。试样材料选用45#钢,壁厚为0.5mm,打孔形式采用环切法,最终得到入口240μm、出口233μm、圆度小于10μm的小孔。The experimental study of fine trepanning drilling hole on plane sample by Nd:YAG laser was carried out. In the study, the material of sample was 45^# steel with thickness of 0.5mm, and the laser machine with the pulse pump was used. With the Cr^4+:YAG passive Q switcher the laser which had pulse width of 28 ns, pulse energy of 1.5mJ and average power of 1W was produced. By means of trepanning drilling a tiny hole was acquired, in which the diameter of entry was 240μm, the diameter of exit was 233μm and the roundness was less than 10μm.
