摘 要:研究20g钢和ND钢在450℃下的恒温氧化性能,得出氧化动力学曲线,进行氧化动力学曲线公式的拟和,同时对氧化后的试样表面情况进行宏观观察,用XRD分析了氧化物的成分。实验结果表明,20g钢和ND钢表面氧化的程度随着温度升高、保温时间增长,其氧化速率常数增大,20g钢和ND钢的抗氧化性能不断的降低。ND钢在450℃氧化时,随着氧化时间的增加,氧化增重加大,其氧化动力学常数为0.035。ND钢与20g钢相比,具有较好的抗高温氧化能力,腐蚀速率低。lhe capability ot oxidation of 20g and ND steel at isothermal temperature of 450℃ was studied, and the oxidation kinetic curves were attained. The formula of oxidation kinetic curves was drawn up, at the santo time, the oxidization surface of samples was macroscopically observed and the components of oxides were analyzed by XRD. The results show as follows: with the increase of the temperature and the time of heat preservation, the constant of oxidation rate increases, The capability of antioxidation of 20g and ND steel decreases continually. While ND steel is oxygenated at 450℃. with the increase of oxidation time, oxidation weight increases, and its dynamics constant is 0.035. Comparing with 20g steel, ND steel has better resist oxidation properties and the velocity of erosion is lower.
